Refund & Return Policy

At Hearts and Highlights, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Please note that personalized or custom-made items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or with an error made by us.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include clear photos of the item and packaging. We will offer either a free replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you need to request one, please email us at heartsandhighlights.etsy@gmail.com

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production may begin and cancellation may not be possible.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after your purchase. Once your item is produced, it will be shipped directly from our print partner.

Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Some items may ship separately.

Clients are responsible for uploading a photo of their cat to ensure greater accuracy in the final product.

Our items are either original cat-themed creations or personalized using the photo and details you provide. Please ensure your uploads are high-quality for the best results.

With each purchase, $1 goes toward buying cat food for street cats. This is a personal mission, not affiliated with any formal organization. We regularly share our feeding stories and updates on social media so you can see the impact of your support!

Your personal information is used solely for order fulfillment and communication. We will never sell or share your data. By uploading your cat’s photo, you give us permission to use the image for your product only, unless otherwise agreed.

When submitting a story about your cat for our blog or promotions, you agree that we may share it on our website or social channels. If at any point you'd like the story removed, we will respect your request and take it down.
